I’ve Started to do Meditation in 2014 and through the years is totally changed. I don’t use any kind of prayers but simply I focalize myself on my breath. When you totally focalize on that your mind is immediately free, the heartbeat is slower and you feel totally your body, changing the rhythm of your breath you change your temperature and you can totally relax your body.
